Hi, I’m Mario, owner of MV Remodeling.

I work directly with our clients from the early stages of a project through construction.

During the initial site visit, I take the time to understand what the homeowner wants to accomplish, evaluate the existing conditions, discuss possible options, and identify potential challenges that should be considered before construction begins.

My experience has taught me that successful remodeling depends not only on good workmanship, but also on proper planning and honest communication.

When unforeseen conditions are discovered during construction, my responsibility is to explain what we found, discuss the available solutions, and make sure the homeowner understands the situation before additional work moves forward.
